2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the workshop, its services, serviced makes, opening hours and location. The form lets you request information or a quote, or discuss a visit. The website does not offer online payment or automatic booking confirmation.

3. Enquiries, quotes and visits

Submitting the form and seeing the success message mean that your enquiry has been accepted for forwarding to the workshop. They do not confirm an appointment, final price, service availability or repair contract.

Availability for your make and model, any checks required, scope of work, price and timing are agreed with the workshop. Listing a make does not mean that every service is available for every model. Official partners are identified separately from other serviced makes.

4. Using the enquiry form

Provide accurate contact details and information relevant to your vehicle and enquiry. Do not submit spam, unlawful content or other people’s personal data without an appropriate basis. Website safeguards may limit repeated or invalid requests.

5. Personal data and messages

Processing of form data is described in the Privacy policy. Enquiry-related contact is separate from promotional SMS messages. Promotions are optional and are not a condition of submitting an enquiry or receiving service.

6. Content and consumer rights

Iren Car images and text are used to present the workshop. Vehicle-manufacturer logos belong to their respective owners and identify vehicle makes. Only the makes expressly listed as official partners are presented as such.

These terms do not restrict mandatory rights under applicable Bulgarian and EU law. Conditions for a specific repair are agreed separately and are not replaced by this page.
